PC是无定形材料，它的熔体粘度对温度敏感。由于PC在高温下易发生水解，制品质量对原料的含湿量很敏感，在成型前必须将原料须干燥至小于0.02％。PC可采用注塑、挤出、吹塑、流延等分法加工，也可进行粘合、焊接和冷加工。

PC is an amorphous material, and its melt viscosity is sensitive to temperature. Because PC is easy to hydrolyze at high temperature, the product quality is very sensitive to the moisture content of raw materials. The raw materials must be dried to less than 0.02% before forming. PC can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and tape casting, as well as bonding, welding and cold processing.
